Know Your Care is a new interactive online tool developed by Knowsley Council to help people identify any appropriate Adult Social Care available to them in Knowsley. Launched in 2011, the Know Your Care website enables people to select options according to their needs or circumstances in order to help identify and choose those services and agencies who may be able to provide support.
