Knowsley Older People's Voice

Caring for Our Future (3/11/11)

Another of our joint consulatations with Knowsley LINk took place on 3rd November 2011. The Local Implementation Networks (LINks) of St Helens and Sefton also took part and more than 50 members from the organising agencies attended.

The consultation event was organised in response to the Governments Consultation Document “Caring for our Future” as part of the national consultation process.

Working in small focus groups, discount the attendees discussed the six questions posed in the Easy Read version of ‘Caring for our Future: Have your say about how social care should change’.

A summary response document was developed from the discussions that took place, and was submitted as part of the national consultation and is available to download here
