Knowsley Older People's Voice

About Us

Knowsley Older People’s Voice was launched in July 2003, and is a forum designed to ensure that Older People in the borough of Knowsley receive information about local services and developments that affect them, and have their say in in influencing these.

We have over 500 members – including not only individuals but people who represent local groups or neighbourhoods.

We organise several member events each year to share information and ask for feedback. We are also regularly approached by departments from our local authority, health services, and other organisations, to arrange consultations with our members on a wide range of topics.

KOPV is a formally constituted body & has a Steering group of 12 elected members responsible for planning & delivering the work of KOPV on behalf of its members
